A Natural Cure For Joint Pain

But the odds are with you that you that, all by yourself, you can use this natural joint pain relief method to help yourself and those you know. You can also use it in conjunction with any other natural remedies for joint pain that you desire.

Any natural cure for joint pain has to work, but the only way to know if it works is to give it a try…so let's get to it.

The most important thing to understand is what causes the vast majority of joint pain. Most joint pain is caused by inappropriately tight tissue pulling on a joint or pulling on the nerves that innervate that joint. So what is a natural cure for joint pain that can undo this most common form of joint pain?

Well, lets take a very common form of joint pain I see every week in my practice: Elbow Pain.

Quite often a patient will point to the back of their elbow joint and say, "It hurts here whenever I bend my elbow, or do push-ups, etc."

I will then lay them down…and in most cases... rather quickly release the pain in their elbow. And then I will show them how to do this natural cure for joint pain on their own elbow, so in the future they can fix it themselves if it ever returns.

The simple truth is that it's ninety-five percent of the time, joint pain is caused by either a tight muscle pulling on the attachment, the nerve that innervates your elbow being inappropriately yanked on by tight tissue somewhere between where it comes out of your spine and ends up in your elbow, or some other muscle(s) in the elbow joint itself are torquing the joint.

So we need to get that tight tissue to release bit, so the bones and nerves are not being negatively affected. One way to do that is to stretch the tissue. But often the most effective way is to press on the tissue with your fingers and make the muscle function, or to press on the tight tissue and "stretch" it like it's a piece of clay with your fingers.

All three of these methods for releasing tight tissue communicate to your cerebellum, the command and control center for muscle tension, that it needs to reset the tension settings where you are pressing on the muscle. When you do this for all the tight spots on a muscle, it returns to it's optimal settings. It's longer and more flexible.

When every muscle that can affect your joint pain is free and flexible, the odds are that your joint pain will disappear. It will have the space and freedom that a joint needs to move and function without pain. It really is that simple.

Now, I encourage you to click on one of the joint pain relief links in the navigation bar to your left. There's a page link for every type of joint pain in the body. Give it a try, and odds are you'll be pleasantly surprised.
